The glider workshop was located in the attics of the buildings at the north end of the POW’s yard (’X’ marks the spot). The team woud have broken through the end wall and launched the glider off a ramp mounted on the roof adjacent and taken the flight path as indicated.

It is thought the proposed landing ground was to be on the grassy meadow along side the River Mulder only a very short distance away.
